My story
it wasn’t easy to start but. . .
Like many families, I spent years dreaming about seeing more of the world while balancing work, budgets, and everyday life. I quickly realized that unforgettable travel experiences don’t have to be reserved for luxury travelers or people with unlimited vacation time.
My passion for travel has taken me from deserts in three continents to tropical beaches in the Caribbean, bustling cities, and breathtaking mountain scapes. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most meaningful journeys aren’t always the most expensive -they’re the ones that create lasting memories and deeper connections.
I created Rooted & Roaming to help families, couples, and everyday travelers discover destinations with confidence through my own personal travels. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, a road trip through the mountains, or an international adventure, my goal is to make travel feel accessible, inspiring, and stress-free.
